What we are glad to receive

Corrections to anything factual on the site — a hotel that has closed, a category detail that is no longer true, a name or location we have got wrong. Suggestions of hotels that fit one of the four categories, particularly ones outside the usual short list. Questions about how entries are chosen or written.

What we cannot help with

We cannot take a booking, change a booking, cancel one or contact a hotel on your behalf, because we have no relationship with the properties described here. For anything to do with an actual stay, the hotel's own reservations desk is the only useful address.

We also do not publish sponsored entries, accept paid placement, or exchange links, so pitches of that kind will not get a reply.
